Neal Figueroa is a media composer deeply focused on storytelling and has a passion for crafting scores that seamlessly intertwine with the visual narrative. Specializing in orchestral music, he draws inspiration from a diverse range of influences, including classical, electronic, and world music, resulting in unique and evocative soundscapes. Neal possesses a keen understanding of cinematic storytelling and a collaborative spirit, working closely with directors to ensure that his music perfectly complements the emotional arc of the project.
In addition to his work for media, Neal’s concert music and arrangements have been performed by a diverse range of ensembles, from intimate chamber groups to full symphony orchestras. In addition to composing, Neal is an active conductor and Music Director of The Pocket Philharmonic Orchestra.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Neal holds a degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree at Berklee College of Music (2025).
